Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Programme materials listed as included in a programme are covered by the enrolment fee.

Payment is processed through our payment partners. We do not store payment card details. By completing payment you agree to the payment processor's applicable terms.

6. Participant Conduct

We want our programmes to be a respectful and productive environment for everyone. As a participant, you agree to:

  • Treat other participants, facilitators, and Wovenbrook staff with courtesy and respect
  • Not disrupt sessions or discussion forums in a way that hinders the experience of others
  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute programme materials without prior written permission
  • Use any online discussion spaces solely for the educational purposes they are intended for

Wovenbrook reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the programme or causes distress to others, following a reasonable opportunity to address the behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials — including printed workbooks, rhythm cards, digital resources, slide presentations, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Wovenbrook. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own private educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or adapt programme materials without prior written consent from Wovenbrook.

8. Disclaimer of Advice

All content provided by Wovenbrook — in workshops, cohort sessions, materials, the website, or any other format — is general educational information only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

No content presented by Wovenbrook, including from facilitators or during peer discussions, should be treated as a personalised recommendation for your specific circumstances.

Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately licensed and regulated practitioners — including licensed financial planners, accountants, and others — for advice tailored to their individual situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Wovenbrook's liability to any participant arising from or in connection with a programme or the website is limited to the enrolment fee paid by that participant.

Wovenbrook is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in a programme or use of our website, including any decisions made based on educational content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage it, disable it, or impair its availability for other users. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
